Introduction to Wired Sugar Craft Flowers, 6 Week Course Tuesday evenings 7pm - 9pm from 18th June 2024

This 12 hour course is an ideal introduction to learning to make, and perfecting the art of, sugar craft flowers and is suitable for beginners and those wishing to develop their techniques and sugar craft knowledge. The course will work towards producing a beautiful spray of sugar craft flowers.

The course will be held on Tuesday evenings from 18th June through to 23rd July at Janice B's Cake and Sugar Craft Centre, Hedge End.

Week 1: 16/4/24 Making flower centres. 

Week 2: 23/4/24 Making rose leaves 

Week 3: 30/4/24 Making Carnations  

Week 4: 7/5/24 Continue with making the flowers 

Week 5: 14/5/24 Wiring dried gypsophila and enhancing flowers using edible dusts

Week 6: 21/5/24  Creating final bouquet

The course will be run by Julie Hancock, an experienced and creative sugar crafter and cake decorator.  Julie will share lots of tips and advice and answer all your questions, while filling you with the knowledge and confidence to create the most beautiful sugar craft flowers.
