A bit scary, I know! But our witch cake for Halloween is so effective - and of course, utterly delicious!
In this class hosted by Janice B's in Hedge End and taught by our fabulous and experienced tutor, Julie Hancock, you will learn how to accurately cut your sponge cake and fill with jam and buttercream, shaping as required, and crumb coating, before moulding the shape of the witches facial features in sugar paste, and covering with eerily coloured sugar paste. Julie will teach you how to pipe buttercream hair, and accentuate the witches features using colours, sprays and lustres. Throughout the class, Julie will share lots of top tips and insider techniques and will of course answer all your questions.
