Royal Icing Piped Flowers

Book your place on this fun and informative sugarcraft class and learn the art of piping beautiful flowers using royal icing.

This class, to be hosted at the Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton, is ideal for beginners as well as those wishing to improve their sugarcraft skills.  The class will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will make a selection of flowers including pansies, chrysanthemums and daisies.

Julie Hancock will teach you how to make and colour royal icing, pipe beautiful blooms using a variety of piping nozzles, will share  lots of tips and hints and will of course answer all your questions.

Royal icing, colours, materials and all equipment are included in the cost of the class and will be provided for you.  All you need to bring is an apron and a box or tin to transport your flowers.
