Baking and decorating beautiful vintage style cupcakes - Saturday 4th May, 10.30am - 3.30pm

Have fun learning how to make perfect sponge cupcakes and decorate in a “Vintage” theme with sugar paste, using various cutters and moulds and adding the finishing touch with pearl dusting

Book your place on this fun and informative sugarcraft class and learn the art of baking, icing and decorating beautiful cupcakes.

This class, to be hosted at the Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton, is ideal for beginners and those wishing to perfect their skills, and will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will ice and decorate 8 cupcakes.

Julie will share lots of tips and hints during the class and will of course answer all your questions.

Cakes, materials and all equipment are included in the cost of the class and will be provided for you.  All you need to bring is an apron.

Light refreshments will be served during the class.  Please feel free to bring snacks and a packed lunch.
