Buttercream Floral Cupcake Class - Hedge End, Southampton - NEW CLASS! NEW VENUE!

Book your place on this fun and informative sugarcraft class and learn the art of piping beautiful flowers in buttercream.

This class, to be hosted at the Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton, is ideal for beginners and will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will ice and decorate 12 cupcakes.

Julie Hancock will teach you how to pipe beautiful flowers in buttercream, using various tubes and colours. Julie will teach you all the techniques necesaary to make different flower designs  and achieve different finishes on your cupcakes.   Throughout the class, Julie will share lots of tips and hints and will, of course, answer all your questions.

12 cupcakes, buttercream, materials and all equipment are included in the cost of the class and will be provided for you.  All you need to bring is an apron.

Light refreshments will be served during the class.  Please feel free to bring snacks and a packed lunch.
