About the event

We are delighted to announce the launch of yet another new class at Janice B's.

Enhance your pastry skills and learn to make make light and airy choux pastry for a delicious selection of eclairs and cream puffs, filled with different flavoured creams and garnished with chocolate or a dusting of powdered sugar.

Our Choux Pastry class is scheduled to take place on  Tuesday 5th November from 6.30pm to 9.00pm.  The price per participant is £75.00 per participant, including all ingredients.  Places are limited so do book early to avoid disappointment.

In this fun and informative class you will learn how to make a light choux pastry that puffs up when baked, how to pipe your pastry batter, and how to make and flavour different cream fillings for your eclairs and cream puffs.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss your baking vagaries with Christine and Gaye, and time to enjoy a refreshing cup of tea and sample the spoils of your labours.  Everything you bake is yours to take home and enjoy with family and friends.
