Like all classes offered by THE REAL MACARON COMPANY, this session includes a comprehensive demonstration and an interactive workshop, enabling participants to create their own tasty chocolate macarons. A special feature of this class is the opportunity to create three distinct chocolate fillings for your macarons.
As well as chocolate-flavoured macaron shells Gaye will show you how to make three gorgeous fillings to compliment your perfectly fudgy chocolate macaron shells:
