Bring your own home baked Christmas cake (8 inch) and learn how to prepare it for the all important marzipan layer, expertly coat it with natural marzipan, cover super smoothly with pristine white sugar paste and decorate with sugar craft models and decorations.
Our fabulous resident tutor, Julie Hancock, will teach you all the various skills to marzipan, ice and and decorate your own delicious fruit cake and will introduce you to various modelling and cutting techniques to create beautiful Christmas designs.
