Decorating Mini Christmas Cakes - Hedge End, Southampton - NEW CLASS! NEW VENUE!

Book your place on this fun and informative sugarcraft class and take home 6 beautiful mini Christmas cakes.  These wonderful little cakes will make an ideal Christmas present for family and friends.

During the class Julie Hancock will teach you various skills to cover and decorate mini fruit cakes.  You will learn how to cover the cakes with marzipan, colour sugarpaste, roll out, cut and model sugarpaste and lots more!

This class, to be hosted at the Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton, is suitable for all and will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will ice and decorate 6 mini Christmas cakes. Throughout the class, Julie will share lots of tips and hints and will, of course, answer all your questions.

6 mini fruit cakes, marzipan and sugarpaste, materials and all equipment are included in the cost of the class and will be provided for you.  All you need to bring is an apron.

Light refreshments will be served during the class.  Please feel free to bring snacks and a packed lunch.
