Book your place on this extra special macaron masterclass with The REAL MACARON COMPANY and perfect the art of macaronage in time for Christmas!
This fun and informative Christmas-themed class combines a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, allowing all participants to make their own batch of delicious pistachio macaron shells of four different sizes, as well as an unctuous whipped white chocolate pistachio ganache before creating and decorating super cute macaron Christmas trees! As well as learning how to make pistachio macarons, - using real pistachio nuts - you will learn how to make pistachio butter/paste and super smooth whipped white chocolate ganache. To further enhance these scrumptious Christmas treats there will be the option to add a tiny touch of raspberry jam. Everything you bake - and don't eat! - is yours to take home and share!
