A bit scary, I know! But our Halloween Novelty cake is so effective - and of course, utterly delicious!
This class is hosted by The Real Cake and Bake Company in Hedge End. Our fabulous and experienced tutor, Julie Hancock will teach you how to accurately cut your sponge cake and fill with jam and buttercream, shaping and crumb coating before moulding the shape of the witches facial features in sugar paste, and covering with eerily coloured sugar paste. Julie will teach you how to pipe buttercream hair, and accentuate the witches features using colours, sprays and lustres. Throughout the class, Julie will share lots of top tips and insider techniques and will of course answer all your questions.
