Susie will teach you all the key skills for making this popular American dessert, including perfecting your meringue, successfully

rolling a roulade,  ensuring that your tangy lime curd is the right consistency and piping techniques to finish the roulade with flair.  We will share lots of tips and advice for converting American recipes into English, and answer your questions online throughout the class.
