Online American Baking - Strawberry and Vanilla Cream Filled Strawberry Shortcake

Susie will teach you all the tricks for making this irresitible dessert including macerating strawberries for maximum flavour,

making a vanilla syrup (which can be used to enhance other bakes too), flavouring and whipping cream to the correct consistency and achieving a perfectly light and fluffy shortcake base.

We will share lots of tips and advice for converting American recipes into English, and answer your questions online throughout the class.  

Shortly after booking you will  receive a list of ingredients and utensils.  (Everything you will need is very straightforward and generally available.) You will also receive the Zoom joining instructions.
