Another American favourite, these fluffy cinnamon rolls glazed with a vanilla cream cheese topping that drips into the centre of the roll and coats every decadent bite will be a great hit with all the family.  No need to shy away from making enriched dough -  join Susie on this class and she will  guide you through the process step-by-step, firstly explaining how to ensure that your enriched dough makes soft and fluffy rolls , then showing you how to shape, fill, roll and cut the dough.  You will also learn how to make a cinnamon paste filling  - much loved by American bakers - and of course a perfect cream cheese frosting.

We will share lots of tips and advice for converting American recipes into English, and answer your questions online throughout the class.  

As the dough requires time to proove before making the cinnamon rolls, you will need to make a pre-class batch of dough  - as far as the prooving stage - the day before the class. In the class Susie will make another batch of dough with you as well as showing you how to shape, roll, cut and fill the dough that you have already prepared.

Shortly after booking you will  receive a list of ingredients and the recipe for the dough.  (Everything you will need is very straightforward and generally available.) You will also receive the Zoom joining instructions.  A list of ingredients and equipment required for the class will follow under seperate cover.
