About the event
Join Susie in this fun and informative online baking class and create the most fabulous festive dessert. Susie will take you step by step through the making, baking and decorating of her Hazelnut Praline Meringue Roulade and show you how to make the most exquisite Mulled Wine Pears to accompany the roulade.
The class will be hosted on Zoom and will last approximately an hour and half. The recipe and a list of ingredients and equipment will be emailed to you prior to the class. Susie will share lots of tips and advice to ensure that your roulade is a great success and that you have all the knowledge necessary to bake it again at Christmas-time. ( The roulade can be frozen if you wish to keep the one you make in class for Christmas)
