This fun and informative class, suitable both amateur and for professional bakers struggling with perfecting the french macaron, takes place in the comfort of Gaye's newly appointed kitchen and combines a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, ensuring that you will gain the confidence and knowledge necessary to create your delicious and beautiful macarons.
Refreshments and macarons will be served, and there will be plenty of time to discuss the intricacies of macaron making. The Real Macaron Recipe will be shared with you for future use.
The class can be adapted and extended to suit your personal or professional interests and level of baking skill.
