Royal icing piping is making a comeback! Why not add royal icing scrolls and shells to your cake decorating repertoire.
This class is an ideal introduction to learning and perfecting piping skills with royal icing. The class will be hosted at The Real Cake and Bake Company, Hedge End, SO30 0BJ, Hedge End on Saturday 4th October, 10.30am – 3.30pm.
Julie Hanncock, an experienced and creative sugarcrafter and cake decorator, will be your tutor for the class. Julie will show you how to make perfect royal icing, ensuring the consistency necessary for piping border decorations. During the class, you will learn how to pipe scrolls, shells, cigar scrolls and more in royal icing which will bring the simplest of celebration cakes to life.
