Shaping and decorating a novelty cake - A racing car! Saturday June 15th 2024.

In this fun and informative class you will learn how to cut and build a novelty shape out of sponge, and how to prepare the shaped cake for covering, smoothly and professionally in sugar paste. Your tutor, Julie Hanncock will then teach you how to decorate your cake to transform into a fabulous novelty racing car!

This class is suitable for beginners and also for those wishing to perfect their decorating skills.

All materials, equipment , cake, icing and decorations are included in the price of the workshop, as are the cake board and a cake box to take your beautiful cake home.  All you need to bring is an apron.

Light refreshments will be served during the class.  Please feel free to bring snacks and a packed lunch.
